Event Requirments

Classes:

  • A:  - This class is for confident drivers with a lot of time behind the wheel. That have well setup cars and are capable of running large tandems with no issues 
  • B: - This class is for drivers with years of experience. are able to tandem but may not be ready for large trains 
  • C: - This class is for drivers who are comfortable with drifting solo and are learning to tandem with other drivers. fully able to link the track
  • D: - This class is for new and first time drivers. still learning the basics of drifting. Instructors available throughout the weekend!

Track and Event Rules 

**All drivers are required to pass tech inspection**

  • All drivers and passengers required to use SA2020+ helmets 
  • no driving over 15mph outside of track
  • Fire extinguishers in all vehicles and pits
  • all attendees (drivers and spectators) are required to sign a liability waiver at the gate and will receive a wristband after completion
  • all drivers must be 18+
  • ZERO DRINKING AND DRIVING!!

Vehicle Tech 
1. Chassis

  • All loose items must be removed from the interior of the car This goes for the engine bay and under car as well. Please secure any loose items that could become hazardous to you, spectators or other drivers.
  • Your seat(s) must be stable and properly secured in the car.
  • Convertibles MUST have a roll bar  
  • Seat-belts and Harnesses: You must have oem seatbelts OR no less than a 4pt harness for all drivers/passengers.
  • Fire extinguishers 
  • All Lug Nuts must be in place and tight. Please be sure you are running the appropriate lug for your wheel and stud.

2. Batteries/Wiring/Lighting

  • Battery Tie Downs You must have battery tie down. Factory or aftermarket battery tie downs must be in place and functional where ever your battery is placed. They should be strong enough to keep the battery from moving during drifting
  • Your Positive Battery Terminal must be covered with an OEM or better battery terminal cover.
  • MUST have some form of front and rear lights for night driving.

3. Engine

  • Your car must be free of all excessive fluid leaks: radiator, engine oil, fuel, trans/diff, power steering, brakes
